A: Not a problem. These systems are designed for ease of operation for any non-technical person and they come with simple and easy-to-understand features.

Q: Matching wireless microphones for MA-100, MA-101A, MA-303, MA-505, MA-705, MA-707, MA-708, MA-808?
A: ACT-30H handheld microphone & ACT-30T bodypack transmitter. Both accept 2 AA disposable or rechargeable batteries.

Q: Are there any electrical risks in using the portable sound systems?
A: No. The portable systems work on 12-volt batteries, so there is no risk of dangerous electric shocks, even if used near water. The AC-powered systems are built to high standards and all systems are UL/CSA/CE approved.

Q: Select wireless portable PA systems for speech or music?
A: Music requires greater fidelity than speech, and therefore requires more power. Select mid to larger-sized models as they provide the frequency response necessary for quality music reproduction.

Q: How to prevent and minimize the annoying feedback?
A1: Do not stand directly in front of the speakers; keep mics away from speakers.
A2: Avoid pointing microphone towards the speakers.
A3: The microphones should be behind the speakers wherever possible.
A4: Place the portable PA between the crowd and the presenters and facing the crowd.
A5: Turn down the sound level coming out of the portable PA/speakers, if required.
A6: Place the speakers on a tripod stand and above head of the crowd.

Q: How to adjust for optimal sound volume?
A: If the portable system has both Master & Microphone volumes, we recommend turning the Master volume to about 3pm (clockwise) first and about 1~2pm (clockwise) for Microphone or other volumes.

Q: Are MIPRO wireless portable PA systems water-proof?
A: No, they are weather resistant. They will operate with little deterioration in performance in a wide range of weather conditions. Extreme conditions, like bitter cold or blistering hot will impact performance. Use placement care and protective covers in extreme conditions.

Q: I am a lecturer or demonstrator of products and I need both hands free when I am using a sound system. How can I do this?
A: Not a problem. Each system accepts a wireless body pack transmitter and a headworn microphone, allowing complete freedom of movement and both hands free. The MU-210 or MU-53HN (unidirectional) headworn microphone is highly recommended. Each headworn microphone is lightweight, comfortable to wear, easy to use and it sounds great.

Q: What if I need more power to cover a larger crowd?
A: Two or more wireless PA systems can be broadcasted with only one wireless microphone. Ascertain that the receiver frequency in each wireless PA coincides with the wireless microphone by using ACT sync.

Q: Can I play music through the systems?
A: Yes. All MIPRO portables have auxiliary inputs, which will accept input from an external iPod, MP3, CD, cassette, VCR, DVD players and laptops or tablets by using a standard cable from an electronic retail shop. Additionally, CD/USB or USB/SD card player recorder can be inserted into the bigger PA models like MA-708 & MA-808.

Q: Does a remote control come included with CD/USB player?
A: Yes. If you purchase a CDM-2 CD/USB Player or DPM-3 USB/SD card player and recorder.

Q: What is the VOP (Voice over Priority) feature?
A: This unique feature will automatically lower the music volume for the audience when the wireless microphone is used by the speaker. Once the message is communicated the music volume returns automatically to the original level.

Q: What is the purpose in using an extension speaker?
A: An optional passive extension speaker (cable included) will increase the maximum coverage - ideal for larger audiences or a wide audience area.

Q: What is the recommend height to position the portable sound systems?
A: It is important to raise it off the floor to a higher position for improved wireless reception. Try to place them at your audience’s ear level or raised above their heads using a speaker tripod stand or microphone stand. If stands are not possible, any table or flat surface is OK. We recommend 1 meter above floor.

Q: Can I connect my iPod/iPhone/notebook/tablet/MP3 player/desktop to MIPRO wireless PA system to amplify music?
A: Yes. You can connect any of the above device to any MIPRO wireless PA system via its line-input with an audio cable readily avaliable in any electronic shop.

Q: Why is my MA-707 not recharging (indicator is not flashing) when plugged into an AC outlet?
A: Ensure AC Power button is pressed in (next to the MRM-70 receiver module slot). An un-pressed button (out) will prevent recharging of the battery.

Q: Where are MIPRO wireless PA systems manufactured?
A: All MIPRO products are 100% designed & made in Taiwan and Japan.
